At Joanknecht, we believe in: making future together. We have been doing this for 75 years with a broad consultancy practice from our home base in Eindhoven. In spring 2023, we opened a hub in Amsterdam. Why? Because we want to position ourselves in the Amsterdam region with some of our specialist services. These service lines are: valuation, due diligence, debt advisory, forensics & litigation, insolvency & restructuring and international tax. From Brainport to Mainport.

Your role: international tax advisor

Your assignments focus on all tax aspects of international business. These are issues of Dutch entrepreneurs who are going to do business abroad and vice versa, foreign entrepreneurs coming to the Netherlands to do business here. You will work for and with entrepreneurs and their businesses at every stage of life, from start-ups to large corporations, and you will advise boards, regulators and investors. You mainly work with PrimeGlobal colleague firms, referral parties, such as lawyers, and our own Amsterdam team, a multidisciplinary team of 8 colleagues. And with your technical team, of course, which consists of 25 tax specialists. You will also regularly work with colleagues from other specialist teams, because we want to support our customers as broadly as possible.

The focus is on the specialisms and business development as described above. You have an eye for the broader advisory options that Joanknecht offers to our clients. Both in the execution of your assignments and at the organizational level. That’s why we challenge you to contribute to the development of Joanknecht’s service proposition in Amsterdam. You are one of the initiators who will make this proposition a success. Having your own network would be desirable, this is not a must.
